Warranty & Maintenance Programs from Jack’s Auto Service
New Vehicle Maintenance Program
New vehicle maintenance just got a little simpler now that you don’t have to take your vehicle back to the dealer. Instead you can bring it to Jack’s Auto Service and your warranty stays in effect — it’s the law and Congress says so!
In 1975, the U.S. Congress passed the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act — a federal law that governs consumer product warranties. Among other things, Congress wanted to ensure that consumers could get complete and honest information about warranty terms and conditions.
The Magnuson-Moss Act gives you these rights:
- Generally, your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty cannot require you to return to your auto dealer for vehicle maintenance — or to only use the brand of replacement parts offered by that dealer.
- By law, your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty will stay in effect when you have regularly scheduled maintenance performed at a qualified facility, like the Jack’s Auto Service NAPA AutoCare Center, that uses appropriate parts and procedures.
NAPA "Peace of Mind" Warranty Program
It’s important to stay current with the new vehicle warranty, and that’s why as a NAPA Autocare center, Jack’s Auto Service employs ASE Certified Technicians trained in all aspects of your vehicle’s maintenance. Today’s vehicles are more complex than ever before, and mistakes can be costly. Technicians with ASE certification keep their skills current and are retested every five years to remain certified.
At Jack’s Auto Service we use quality NAPA parts, and we offer the NAPA AutoCare "Peace of Mind" Warranty that backs our repair work for 12months/12,000 miles, and is honored by more than 11,000 NAPA AutoCare Centers nationwide.
So don’t drive needless miles back to the dealer for regularly scheduled maintenance — let Jack’s Auto Service do it for you. Stop by and see how Jack’s can make your life just a little bit easier one oil change at a time.
